Miso Salmon Bowl

Lunch is when you want have a good meal. we really stress this when on our 6 Day Strip Jumpstart Detox program. Make a big vegetable salad with 6 ounces of salmon and cooked quinoa. Try to make the salad foundation vegetables “not just loose salad” here we add wild rocket. Use vegetables like cabbage, green beans, cucumber and red onion. You can use spinach as loose-leaf filler too. Try to be all green, all raw, and organic. For dressing, combine tahini, lemon juice and miso. The quinoa really makes the salad come together. Remember, chew your food slowly, breathe and take your time.


  • Atlantic Salmon (grilled or steamed)
  • Avocado
  • Quinoa
  • Wild Rocket
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Beans
  • Red Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Shaved Cabbage 


(2 servings)

  • 3 tablespoons sesame tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons miso

Mix all ingredients either by hand or in a blender. Please remember that the measurements are suggestions. It’s best to season to your taste.
