Stock up on organic frozen berries available from supermarkets and Wholefoods everywhere

GLUTEN FREE CEREAL BOWL

CEREAL BOWL

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY FREE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coyo yogurt
  • ½ cup of gluten free cereal
  • 1 cup of organic berries
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes 
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • toppings seeds, nuts

Directions:

Serve cereal and fruit over Coyo Yogurt. Sprinkle with seeds, nuts and immune boosting bee pollen. Yogurt is definitely more substantial, but if you prefer milk try organic Oatly Oat Milk a dairy alternative. You do what you love best!

 

BERRY SMOOTHIE

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY FREE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic Oat Milk
  • ½ cup of Keifer or Coyo yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 scoop Fat Burning Lemonade
  • sugar substitute (optimal)

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. We like the Nutribullet 

Tip: Add extra scoop Fat Burning Lemonade for extra energy and immune boost.

 

 AVOCADO GLUTEN FREE TOAST

AVOCADO TOAST

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY FREE

Ingredients:

  • ½ avacodo, sliced
  • 1 slice gluten free bread, toasted
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of chilli
  • pinch of pepper
  • toppings olive oil, lemon

 Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork.
  2. Top toasted bread with mashed avocado mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over desired toppings.

Tip: Find the best cold pressed extra virgin olive oil you can buy
