Refund and Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of functional lab testing, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a panel has been ordered and the lab coordination process has commenced. If you need to reschedule your 30-minute coaching session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
