During the holidays, our social calendar is busy and fun! Such as one too many holiday martinis. Eating foods that trigger inflammation such as gluten and sugar. And we wonder why we feel so terrible especially the following morning. We just forget to make our body our top priority.
That’s why I add a dose of Fat Burning Lemonade to my glass of water before bed to beat morning brain fog! (I am also sharing my healthy version of Martini below ;)
I do love the benefits of Fat Burning Lemonade® because it includes the miraculous L-Carnitine which reduces the production of harmful oxidants and preserves cellular energy throughout the body (really helpful before and after drinking alcohol) ... it’s main target is the liver and helps detoxify the liver and avoid and or relieve those pesky headaches .
Pomegranates have loads of antioxidants and studies have shown that eating pomegranates can help with inflammation, protect your heart and joints and decrease arthritis symptoms. Mint actually has one of the highest antioxidant capacities of any food. These two power foods with a 100% pure fruit juice and calorie-free club soda, you’re getting a low calorie, high nutrient drink– the best of both worlds.
