If you’re unfamiliar, a chia fresca is filtered water mixed with chia seeds. The idea originated in Mexico as Ancient Aztec warriors and long-distance runners would use chia seeds to give them sustained energy for long periods of activity. Mixing a scoop of our Fat Burning Lemonade with the seeds and filtered water is like making a homemade detox fat burning energy drink that keeps you satisfied until lunch!

Fat Burning Lemon Chia Fresca

Ingredients

    • 12-14 ounces of filtered water
    • 2-3 teaspoons chia seeds
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • teaspoon Fat Burning Lemonade mix
    • pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a large glass jar and let sit for about 15-30 minutes in the fridge until it is like  “tapioca-like gel”. Enjoy 8 ounches (1/2 jar) immediately and sip the rest before lunch.
