Why you should be eating with the seasons

Our bodies function best when we eat like our ancestors did, consuming foods appropriate to the season. In every season, particular foods stimulate chi—or vital energy—to flow through our organs.

Foods that are grown during their appropriate seasons are more nutritional. In a study loolong at the   the vitamin C content of broccoli, it was found that broccoli grown during its peak season (hint: fall) had a higher vitamin C content than broccoli grown during the spring.

So, what is in season?
