• 2 cups of raw chopped spinach
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 small avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
• 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp minced yellow onion
• 1/8 tsp sea salt
• hot sauce or chili paste to taste (low sodium)

Blend all ingredients in blender at high speed for 5 seconds. ENJOY!
